RCDN Training on Promotional and Selling Toolbox
Focal Points from Local Governance Associations and Associations of Public Utility Companies, and members of RCDN Project Implementation Team enhanced practical skills for the promotion and selling of RCDN and CD products by improving the knowledge on the key marketing, branding and sales concepts in period between 12 and 14 March 2019.
The training enhanced PIT and FPs’ practical skills for the promotion and selling of RCDN Capacity Development products by improving the knowledge on the key marketing, branding and sales concepts.
After introductory training held in November 2018, this is second training for promotion and selling. This time the focus is on RCDN promotional plan, practical use and implementation of the key promotional tools relevant for RCDN and CD products in the field of PR, social media, promotional materials and events and key basic principles of sales process from the start to closing of the sales of a CD product.
The training provided theoretical inputs and various exercises, group work and role plays to practice the use of key promotional tools such as press release, creating content for social media and media statements.
