Adela Kullaj
Ms. Kullaj holds a Doctor of Science degree in water quality and water treatment. She is currently working as a Biologist at the Water Treatment Plant of Tirana. In addition she is lecturing at the Agricultural University of Tirana. Ms. Kullaj has a long experience in the water sector and possesses good knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of local government units and public utility providers as regards both organizational and human resources aspects.
Through her professional experiences as e lecturer, she has developed excellent analytical, pedagogic, and organizational skills. Furthermore, Ms. Kullaj is closely working with SHUKALB in the development of the certification curricula.
Ms. Kullaj is nominated as co-trainer/moderator.
