Sandi Zulić has over 20 years of professional experience as a project manager and as a consultant in long-term development and in reconstruction programmes and projects. He has been director of Una Consulting Ltd. Bihac, B&H since 2010 and in 2016 he was awarded for the best manager in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the field of consulting.
A civil engineer by training, his expertise includes water supply, sanitation and solid waste management, as well as general project planning and management in multi-disciplinary programmes. Interest in innovative projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina (design and construction of wetlands) has enabled him to broaden his knowledge. He has broad and practical experience in the development, design and implementation of engineering and management solutions that integrate technical, economic, institutional, socio-cultural and environmental aspects and has worked in a variety of institutional settings in Bosnia and Herzegovina and South-East Europe in accordance with financial institutions/donor’s requirements, budgeting and fund raising for development projects.
Moreover, Sandi has extensive experience in preparing, development and delivery of programs, products and measures for developing capacities of local government units and public utility companies in South-East Europe. He is currently involved in several capacity development projects, exchange of knowledge, networking and institutional strengthening in the water service sector.
Sandi is also an Honorary President of the Association “Aquasan Network in B&H” and Chairperson of Committee Council of Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP).
