Every drop of water has a story, from its source to the tap, and back to nature. To make that story more visible, IAWD has launched the “Just Add Awareness – Every Drop Matters” campaign, supported by RCDN.
The campaign sheds light on the complex journey of water and the essential work of public utilities that keep it flowing safely and sustainably. Through videos, podcasts, and engaging visuals on social media, it calls on citizens to recognize water’s true value and take part in protecting it.
Recent posts highlight how “a single drop travels farther than you think” and remind us that every flush, every tap, and every action matters. The campaign invites everyone from utilities and associations to individual users to share and amplify the message across the region.
By supporting this initiative, RCDN helps connect communication and capacity development — strengthening the voice of the water sector and inspiring responsible water use throughout the Western Balkans.
