Capacity Development Products

In the dynamic landscape of municipal governance, the range of Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) CD products converges on a common goal – the enhancement of municipal service delivery and the promotion of collaborative learning. Rooted in a multifaceted approach, these products target individual performance, organizational efficiency, and foster cooperation within and between the Public utilities and Local Governments on Water and Sanitation Services. Emphasizing a holistic perspective, RCDN CD products are not confined to a singular level, as they often address a combination of these levels. Importantly, they transcend the limitations of stand-alone measures, recognizing the interconnectedness of factors influencing effective capacity development.
