On 3 and 4 July 2019, 2nd Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training was implemented for Focal Points and representatives of Project Implementation Team.
The aim of the training was to further enhance capacities of participants for RCDN operational planning, M&E and reporting.
The essentials of Result-Based Management, elements, specifics and use of M&E, development of work plans and challenges, key aspects and lessons learnt in operational planning were some of the main topics presented and analysed. Work group sessions enabled practical application of acquired knowledge and reflection on the common challenges and potential solutions.
Also, FPs and PIT had a joint meeting to discuss current challenges in the delivery, promotion and selling of CD products and agreed on the on the way forward.
