From June 3 to 7, 2024, Montenegro successfully hosted the RCDN+ Training of Trainers (ToT) for Master Trainers, bringing together a dedicated group of Trainers from RCDN partner associations. This intensive program focused on enhancing the participants’ methodological skills to mentor associations’ pools of trainers and deliver high-quality trainings that drive sustainable development across the region.

Strengthening the Skills of Master Trainers for Enhanced Capacity Development

The training program was a crucial initiative aimed at boosting the capabilities of Master Trainers within the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) project. It provided a dynamic platform for learning and collaboration, focusing on several key areas:
