Association of Waterworks of Montenegro and Union of Municipalities of Montenegro are implementing a training program aimed to improve capacities of PUCs and LGUs in Montenegro to successfully apply on Cross Border Cooperation Calls: CBC Montenegro – Kosovo, CBC Montenegro – Albania.
The first training within this program, Project Cycle Management, was organized in February this year with a selection of participants from 15 PUCs available to apply for these CBC programs. As a follow-up of the program, two workshops were organized in Budva on 22-23 and 24-25 September 2020 for the preparation of the Concept Note. The participants were representatives of PUCs and LGUs who are ready to continue with the development of their project ideas and namely representatives of Podgorica, Bar, Cetinje and Berane.
