RCDN is proud to be recognized as one of the 67 inspiring initiatives showcased in the Local Water Mural “Every Drop Counts”, launched by the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR).
The Mural highlights innovative, concrete solutions developed by municipalities and regions across Europe to strengthen water resilience in the face of growing challenges such as droughts, floods, and water scarcity. By making local action visible and connecting good practices across borders, it also reinforces the voice of local governments in water-related policymaking.
Thanks to NALAS’ efforts, RCDN is the only regional representative from the Western Balkans included in the Mural – with two initiatives showcasing our joint work with associations of local governments and public utilities to improve water and wastewater services through cooperation, capacity development, and policy dialogue.
