Training Center of ADKOM in cooperation and support of the Project \”Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN)\” delivered a training on “Capital Infrastructure Investment Projects in the Water and Sanitation Sector” in Skopje. The training was held at the Hotel Kontinental, Skopje, on 26 February 2019. The overall objective of the training is to enable participants to access funding for bankable capital infrastructure investment projects, fulfill IFIs’ and donor requirements and provide adequate support in all stages of project cycle management.
During the training the participants were familiarised with their roles and responsibilities for bankable project preparation and access to funding, key elements and stages of Project Cycle Management and legal requirements to ensure the necessary Institutional Framework for Capital Infrastructure Project Implementation.
The training was atteneded by Mayors, Presidents of the Municipal Councils and General Managers of PUCs for WSS.
