SHUKALB and SHUKOS are pleased to invite you to join and participate in the Program of the 8th Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition to be held in Tirana, Albania, on 4- 6 November 2020 as a virtual event. The Conference Theme, Water and Climate Change, is inspired by the UN’s 2020 World Water Day, and focuses on water and climate change and how the two are inextricably linked to each other.
